Great taste and smell
I have taken milled flax for nearly 20 years and tried many different brands. I have been using flax oil (and other Polly Unsaturated oils) for about 5 years and have tried numerous brands of those as well.This was my first Piping Rock product. I did a fair amount of research into them and called their customer service for info on processing before I purchased. This is the best smelling Flax product I've ever taken. The flavor is excellent. Those 2 facts tend give me great confidence in a low level of oxidation on the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the oil.
