Ajouter environ 4 cuillères à soupe (1/4 de tasse) dans 340 ml (12 oz) de la boisson de votre choix. Varier votre apport en glucides en fonction de vos besoins en augmentant ou en diminuant la taille de la portion. Utiliser jusqu'à 3 fois par jour. Chaque cuillère à soupe équivaut à 4 g de glucides.Réclamations:
Avant l'effort : prendre 1 à 2 portions 1 heure avant l'entraînement. En prévision d'une compétition, prendre 1 portion la veille de celle-ci et 1 portion 4 heures avant l'événement. Pendant l'effort : ajouter 1 portion à 340 ml (12 oz) d'eau (ou 2 portions à 680 ml (24 oz)) et mélanger dans une gourde de sport pour obtenir une solution de glucides à 6 %. Boire sur une période de 1 heure. Après l'effort : dans les 30 minutes suivant l'entraînement, prendre 1 à 3 portions (selon l'intensité de l'entraînement) mélangées à de l'eau.
