PRO: Energy up, Exercise up, Sleep improved, Mental clarity-concentration-sharpness-recall. I am experiencing improvement across the board. Sleep is the big one for me, I am sleeping like I did when I was younger, I am 46. CON: appetite is up and I am feeling hungry more often, this is a challenge because I skip breakfast and remain in a fasted state until 12pm and therefore, when I eat, I am crushing food and added 2lbs of body weight, but I will adjust and get it dialed in. Good Times...…It is all about health and maintaining a proper balance now.PRO: Energy up, Exercise up, Sleep improved, Mental clarity-concentration-sharpness-recall.
